Refund policy (reference translation)

1. Bookings (self practice, single lessons)

Cancel for free until 23:59 the day before your booking.

Same-day cancellations, or no-shows, count as used and are not refunded.

If we can't provide the service for reasons that aren't your fault — such as natural disasters or equipment failure — we'll reschedule or refund in full.

2. Lesson packs (10 lessons)

Lesson packs follow Taiwan's standard contract rules for fitness coaching services.

Within the validity period you may end the contract at any time. The refund is the total paid, minus the lessons used × the average price per lesson, minus a handling fee no higher than the legal cap.

Unused lessons are not refunded after the validity period ends.

The full conditions are in the contract you sign when you buy; you'll have a reasonable period to review it first.

3. Top-ups

Refunds of top-up credit and bonus credit follow the contract signed at top-up. Those terms are under review; you'll receive the full text before you buy.

4. Clubs and goods

Physical goods have a 7-day cooling-off period under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act. It is not a trial period: items that show use, damage, missing parts or incomplete packaging can't be returned.

Custom items, repair services and goods legally excluded from the cooling-off period can't be returned.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refund timing depends on your bank and the payment provider.
