Terms of Service and Liability Waiver

Welcome to STAR INFINITY GOLF (hereinafter referred to as the "Venue"). This Venue operates on a semi-unmanned, self-service basis, and staff may not always be present on-site. Before submitting your online reservation and checking the "I have read and agree" box, please read the following terms carefully.

By completing a reservation or entering the Venue, you (the "Renter/Booker") and all accompanied users are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to comply with all the contents of this agreement.

1. Joint and Several Liability of the Booker

1. The online booker has the obligation to fully inform all accompanied guests or users of all the regulations in this agreement.

2. If any accompanied user violates the regulations, resulting in equipment damage, personal injury, or legal disputes, the online booker shall bear 100% joint and several legal and financial liability for damages with the actual perpetrator.

2. Hitting Bay Safety and Capacity Restrictions (Core Regulation)

1. This Venue consists of a single hitting bay. When anyone is preparing for or executing a swing within the hitting bay, a second person is strictly prohibited from entering the bay. Accompanied guests must wait in the designated sofa seating area or behind the safety line.

2. Full or partial swings are strictly prohibited in the putting area, non-hitting areas, or general turf areas. All swinging actions (whether hitting a ball or not) must be executed exclusively on the designated hitting mat.

3. Before swinging, users must verify a safe clearance distance in all directions to ensure no persons or objects are within the trajectory of the swing or the reach of the club.

4. The Venue shall bear no legal or financial liability for any bodily injury, disability, or death caused by club strikes, ball rebounds, or collisions resulting from violations of the aforementioned regulations.

3. Strict No-Smoking Policy and Safety Standards

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Venue. This includes traditional cigarettes, e-cigarettes, heated tobacco products, or any other smoking devices.

2. Entry into the Venue or playing golf while under the influence of drugs, medication, or in an unfit mental state is strictly prohibited.

3. If smoking is detected via remote monitoring or surveillance footage, the Venue reserves the right to forcibly shut down the system, cut off power, and demand immediate departure. No refunds of reservation fees will be issued under such circumstances.

4. Property Damage and Rental Club Compensation (Including Reporting Obligation)

1. The Venue provides complimentary rental clubs. Users are obligated to inspect the clubs for visible damage (e.g., loose clubheads, cracked shafts) before use.

2. Regardless of whether personal or rental clubs are used, if any venue equipment (including radar sensors, projectors, screens, interior walls, mirrors, lighting fixtures, etc.) or rental clubs are damaged or broken due to intent, negligence, or improper handling (such as clubs slipping out of hands or striking the ground/walls), the user and the booker must unconditionally bear all repair or replacement costs based on the manufacturer’s official retail price for brand-new items, and fully compensate for business interruption losses (lost revenue) during the repair period.

3. 【Immediate Reporting Obligation】 If any equipment or club damage occurs during use, the user must immediately take photos and report it through our official communication channels (such as LINE customer service or phone). If a user fails to report the damage and leaves without authorization, once verified by surveillance footage, STAR INFINITY GOLF will ban the booker from all future reservations and pursue criminal charges for "intentional destruction of property" as well as civil legal liabilities.

5. Environment Maintenance and Trash Carry-Out Policy

1. The Venue does not provide trash cans and is not responsible for disposing of personal waste. All trash (such as beverage cups, food containers, etc.) must be packed and carried out entirely upon departure.

2. If trash is left behind or the environment is left in disarray after departure, the Venue reserves the right to directly reject all future reservations from the booker (and their accompanied guests).

6. 24-Hour Video Surveillance and Disclaimer of Liability

1. The Venue is equipped with a 24-hour remote video surveillance system. Users agree that all activities within the Venue will be recorded, and the footage will serve as direct legal evidence to clarify liability in the event of equipment damage or personal injury.

2. Users acknowledge that golf carries inherent risks (including ball rebounds, club breakage, muscle strains, etc.). Except in cases where the Venue's hardware equipment itself has major defects and the Venue failed to maintain it properly, STAR INFINITY GOLF shall not be held responsible for any personal property loss or physical injury caused by improper operation, violation of safety regulations, or unforeseen accidents.

I am at least 18 years old (or have obtained consent from a legal guardian) and possess full legal capacity. I have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms of service, liability provisions, and disclaimers in detail, and I pledge to abide by them.
