Terms of service (reference translation)

1. Scope

These terms cover the bays, lessons, club rental and related services provided by 昇融國際商社 (trading as STAR INFINITY GOLF), and online booking on this site.

2. Bookings

We work by reservation only, in 30-minute slots. Please use the bay within your booked time; late arrival doesn't extend it.

Cancellations and changes follow our refund policy.

3. Unstaffed hours

05:00–10:00 and 20:00–23:00 are unstaffed. Enter the way explained in your booking confirmation. The bay is for the person who booked only; don't let others in.

4. Equipment and safety

Check that no one is near you before you swing. Use the simulators and equipment as instructed on site.

Damaged rental clubs are charged NT$3,500 each for repair. You're liable for equipment damaged intentionally or through gross negligence.

5. Payment

Pay by card online when you book. We issue e-invoices.

6. Not allowed

Disturbing other guests, damaging equipment, or anything unlawful or against public order. We may stop providing service if these rules are broken.

7. Changes

We'll announce changes on this site and our LINE account.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute.
